What a great Craft idea using Punches!

I think this is so adorable! Today I found this cute idea on a Facebook page called Neat Old Stuff! I just had to share it. I thought it is perfect to hang on a porch or in a craft room.What a beautiful gift idea! Looks so easy to make using Stampin up punches. What do you think? have  you made this before?
